Legal Notice
- Service Disclaimer All services are provided on a fully mobile basis. We do not operate from a fixed location. Cleaning is performed using water, eco-friendly detergents(when available) and professional equipment brought to your site. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, weather, and access to water/electricity. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, tar, rust or embedded dirt.
- No Warranty Services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We accept no liability for any minor scratches, swirl marks or water spots that may occur during normal washing procedures.
- Customer Responsibility You must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle (flat, stable surface, clear of overhead obstructions, no loose animals). You agree to move the vehicle if requested and to provide a water source and/or electrical supply if required (most jobs are self-contained and do not need access to electricity unless otherwise advised). Any damage arising from pre-existing conditions (loose trim, damaged paintwork, cracked glass, etc.) is not our responsibility.
- Payment & Cancellation Full payment is due upon booking (prior to arrival) unless otherwise stated. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments (1.5% surcharge applies to card payments). Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £75 call-out fee.
- Liability Fleet-Wash, its owners and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision of our services, except where caused by proven gross negligence. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
